We are seeking to recruit partners with in-depth experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, ideally gained within the corporate finance divisions of major investment banks.
Candidates should hold a MBA or equivalent and have a minimum of five years transaction experience with a major investment bank. Applicants should be able to demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach to transactions.

Analysts

We are seeking to recruit analysts to assist partners in researching business opportunities, preparing detailed company reports and financial evaluation. Ideally, candidates should have recently graduated from a leading business school and would be seeking to gain initial work experience in an financial sector organisation.
