Jean-Michel Nogueroles

Jean-Michel Nogueroles is a highly specialised international corporate lawyer with substantial experience in advising companies in the IT industry.

His previous positions include inter alia CMS - Bureau Francis Lefebvre (Paris and Barcelona) and Andersen Legal (Paris). Within the International Department of Bureau Francis Lefebvre, Jean-Michel acquired particular expertise in relation to cross-border operations with companies in the IT industry.
Jean-Michel graduated from the Institute of Political Studies in Paris (BA and MA).
He subsequently obtained a Master of Laws degree from the University of Berkeley (California), a PhD in international business law and a JD from the Sorbonne.
