AAA Corporate Finance was founded by Christophe Vallet, a highly respected corporate finance advisor to companies in the IT industry.

His previous roles include Greig Middleton (London), MG Valores and Riva y Garcia (Barcelona), GGP (Nice) and BNP (Monte-Carlo) where he was responsible for brokering, portfolio management, investment strategies in derivatives markets and fiscal consultancy. He has also represented world-leading technology funds in Europe and Asia, hedge funds (New York) and venture capital funds (Geneva).

Christophe obtained a DESS in Corporate Management and a postgraduate degree (PhD level) in Finance (Private Banking).
He was a finalist in the "Grand prix de la gestion de patrimoine" (Private Banking Challenge) of France in 1996.
Since then, Christophe has devoted his talents almost exclusively to the IT sector.
