Fee Structures

We work with our clients on an exclusive basis.
We charge a small retainer at the outset of an assignment, plus a few consultancy days, but the major proportion of our compensation is earned only when a transaction has been successfully concluded. Our fee is based upon a percentage of the value of the transaction and varies according to the size and complexity of the project.

Our fees are highly competitive within the industry.
